Some sandwiches are made in minutes. This one takes two weeks. Our beef pastrami is made entirely in-house through a slow, carefully crafted process that takes 14 days to complete. That’s why we make only 15 portions, available once every two weeks. Loaded with 150g of homemade beef pastrami, layered on rye sourdough bread with Emmental cheese, tangy sauerkraut, gherkin pickles, and our Russian-style sauce. 14 days to make. Only 15 sandwiches. When they’re gone, the next batch is two weeks away
