Is Dishi just a QR menu?

No. The menu is the entry point. Dishi is the ordering system underneath -- orders to your POS, payments, delivery -- plus the guest layer: who your guests are, who returns, and the loyalty that gives them a reason to come back.

How much does it cost?

Do guests have to install an app?

No. The menu opens in the browser from the table QR -- no download, no signup before food. The Apple Wallet loyalty card is optional and lives in the phone's own wallet.

How does a guest become known?

After the order, the guest confirms their phone or Telegram to save a receipt, cashback or loyalty card. From then on, each visit and order belongs to the same guest profile.

How does Dishi bring guests back?

Cashback points that ask to be spent, and a loyalty card in Apple Wallet that updates after every visit. There are no campaigns to run -- it works automatically, and Dishi shows you who returned and what they spent.

My guests speak ten different languages.

That is the point. The menu opens in each guest's own language, and new translations are generated automatically when a new audience shows up. You also see which languages your guests actually speak.

Do I need Syrve?

No. If you use Syrve, Dishi synchronizes the menu, modifiers, stop-lists and orders. If you do not, Dishi runs standalone.

How long does setup take?

One afternoon. We load the menu, connect the service flow, place the table QR codes and train the team before dinner.
